General / Getting Started
Love Cashback helps you earn real cash back whenever you shop with our partner retailers. Click through to a retailer on Love Cashback, complete an eligible purchase, and we'll share the commission we earn with you as cashback.
Not a cent. Signing up and earning cashback is completely free. There are no subscription fees or hidden costs. A minimum balance of $20 is needed for most withdrawal methods.
Just sign up with your email address, verify it, and you're good to go. You can start earning cashback right away.
Earning Cashback
When you click a retailer link on Love Cashback, a tracking cookie or tag identifies your visit as coming from us. If your purchase qualifies, the retailer reports it and your cashback gets recorded.
Some common reasons are:
- not clicking through Love Cashback before purchasing,
- applying unlisted voucher codes,
- ad-blockers or privacy settings interfering,
- returning or cancelling items,
- visiting a different cashback or voucher site,
- or the retailer hasn't reported yet.
If you believe your cashback should have tracked but hasn't, please submit a missing cashback claim so our team can look into it.
Not necessarily. Certain categories, payment methods, or delivery options may be excluded. Always review the offer's terms and exclusions before you buy.
Payout / Redeeming Cashback
Once the retailer confirms your order and the returns window has closed. Timeframes differ by retailer and may take a few weeks.
When your confirmed balance hits at least $20, you can request a withdrawal. Options include PayPal or a direct Australian bank transfer.
Bank transfers typically appear from "Love Savings Group Limited" with a "Cashback" reference. We'll send you an email once your payout has been processed.
Missing Cashback
Tracking may take a few days to come through. If nothing has shown up after 30 days, lodge a Missing Cashback claim with your order details and we'll look into it.
Most claims are sorted within a few weeks, though some retailers may take up to 8 weeks. We'll email you with an update as soon as we have one.
Unfortunately, not always. If tracking was blocked or the purchase didn't qualify, recovery may not be possible. To give yourself the best chance, always start your shop from Love Cashback and steer clear of unlisted codes.
Technical & Account Support
Hit the "Forgot your password?" link to get a reset email sent to you. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
Log in and head to your My Profile settings. For security reasons, some changes may need re-verification via email.
Double-check for a wrong password, an unverified email address, or cached sessions. Try resetting your password or clearing your browser cookies.
Offers, Terms, and Conditions
Yes. Retailers can adjust or pause their offers at any time. We do our best to keep rates up to date, but eligibility ultimately depends on the retailer's terms.
Every offer comes with rules around qualifying purchases, exclusions, and limits. Have a read through them before buying to make sure you're eligible.
Safety and Privacy
We comply with Australian privacy legislation and follow industry best practices. Your data is used solely to run Love Cashback and is never sold to third parties.
